The 'Section Break' option you see in the 'Non-Menu Pages' table only applies to websites that were designed to have main menu links broken into different sections (with headings for each section).

If your website menu was not designed this way - don't use the Section Break option unless you are very familiar with CSS and comfortable with the advanced editing of your stylesheet.
