The editor automatically starts a new paragraph when you hit the enter key on your keyboard. By default, paragraphs always have a space above them.
If you want to drop your text to the next line with no space above it, simply hold down the shift key as you hit enter to insert a line break instead of starting a new paragraph.

Paragraphs help organize your content into more readable blocks. Line breaks should be used sparingly.
